Our greatest asset, at Creative Labor Systems, Inc., is our staff. Each member is thoroughly trained before they begin working independently on the job, this ensures quality and also helps to retain solid employees.
Our employees are pre-screened prior to employment, and are under supervision at each of our sites. The supervisors, who also work on the contracts, do daily quality checks and use the information from these checks to give feedback to staff members.
We strive to offer training for staff and management in areas that will help them move ahead in the current positions.
