Quality inspections provide feedback to our staff about the quality of their work. Our supervisors do these inspections on a nightly basis to ensure the job is done right. We then take it a step further. We use these checks as foundation for individualized training for each staff member. The QA checks are also used for performance reviews.
We provide our clients with copies of the quality assurance forms, to make sure we are meeting and hopefully exceeding expectations.
